Where we ship

We ship across the United States — free on every order. 

Where your piece comes from

Personalized pieces are engraved and dispatched from our US workshop. Ready-to-gift pieces ship from our partner warehouses, always with tracking.

Processing time

Personalized jewelry is made to order, not pulled off a shelf. Engraving takes 2–5 business days before dispatch. Ready-to-gift pieces are processed within 1–3 business days.

Delivery

Free Shipping — personalized pieces typically arrive 5 to 10 business days after you order; ready-to-gift pieces typically within 7 to 12 business days.

Priority Shipping (FedEx, personalized pieces) — 1 to 2 business days in transit — $11.99.

Orders placed on weekends or US holidays begin processing the next business day.

Tracking

You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships. If you have not received it within 6 business days, check your spam folder and then email us at hello@quillandclasp.com. 

Gift packaging

Every personalized piece arrives in a complimentary gift box, ready to give. No prices or invoices are included in any parcel.

Delays

Carrier delays during holiday periods are outside our control. If you are ordering for a specific date — a birthday, an anniversary, Mother’s Day — we recommend ordering at least two weeks in advance, or choosing Priority Shipping at checkout.
