Where we ship
We ship across the United States. Every piece is made and dispatched from our US workshop.
Processing time
Your jewelry is made to order, not pulled off a shelf. Personalized pieces are engraved individually, which takes 1–3 business days before dispatch.
Delivery
Free Shipping (USPS) — 2 to 5 business days — Free
Priority Shipping (FedEx) — 1 to 2 business days — $11.99
Delivery times start once your order leaves our workshop, not from the moment you place it. In total, expect your order in about 3 to 8 business days with free shipping. Orders placed on weekends or US holidays begin processing the next business day.
Tracking
You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships. If you have not received it within 4 business days, check your spam folder and then email us at kary.spo@gmail.com.
Gift packaging
Every order arrives in a complimentary gift box, ready to give. No prices or invoices are included in the parcel.
Delays
Carrier delays during holiday periods are outside our control. If you are ordering for a specific date — a birthday, an anniversary, Mother's Day — we recommend ordering at least two weeks in advance, or choosing Priority Shipping at checkout.
Lost or stolen parcels
We recommend adding Package Protection at checkout. It covers loss, theft and damage in transit, and lets us replace your order without a claims process.
Without it, parcels marked as delivered by the carrier cannot be replaced, although we will help you file a claim.
Wrong address
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We cannot reroute a parcel once it has shipped, and orders returned to us due to an incorrect address will be reshipped at the customer's cost.
